Elements is MIT Haspsoftware.com United Christian Organization’s new online newsletter and magazine. It began in Spring 2008, and its editors hope that it will be used powerfully by God for this entire campus, for believers, non-believers, and seekers alike.
The idea for the newsletter and magazine began as a forum for MIT’s Christians to share with one another how the Lord has been working in their lives. Through it, student believers can mutually encourage one another, be challenged, lift Websoft praises and prayer requests, plug themselves into the greater campus-wide Christian community, and watch God working magnificently. Please continue praying that the Lord will take this little online magazine further! And spread the word!
The name Elements refers to all of us Christians being individual elements within the greater body of Christ (hence, individuals get to share their personal experiences here). It also refers to elements of faith and elements of our daily lives - experiences that God uses to grow us and draw us nearer to Him (all worth writing up and submitting, by the way!). And, if you haven’t guessed it yet, Elements is also kind of nerdy. You know, elements of a set, elements of the periodic table, and the like. Please, laugh with us.
Elements founders and editors are Diana Jue (dmjue@mit.edu) and Esther Chung (echung09@mit.edu). Email either or both of us at elements@mit.edu if you have questions, comments, suggestions (big on this one), concerns, etc. We’d love Downloadable Software hearing from you!
